I am hoping to make it to the small party this evening at Zona and Jim's
for the release of Randy's CD. In preparation for this event I have been
browsing through the website, and have stumbled upon some very cool stuff.

For many years I have worked as a computer consultant and this work brought
me into Randy's old bedroom at his parents' house in DC. From the material
(posters, books, blurbs, etc) around the room, I knew I would really like
Randy and that our tastes were somewhat similar, or at least overlapping.

I am particularly interested in Randy's work as it reflects Brian Eno's
ambient experiements and exercises, and his interest in John Cage.

But who cares about my tastes? Who is now doing work like Randy's, like
Eno's, like Cage's?
