List update: Sorry about the glitches

Dear Meeting List Members,

Sorry about those last two bounced messages.

To prevent such a thing from happening again (I hope), I have (I think)
changed the configuration of the list so that "meeting@livingroom.org"
is no longer the automatic "reply-to" address.

That will make it easier for you to send private notes to each other,
and harder for bounced messages to make their way back onto this list.

BUT that also means that if you just hit "REPLY", your message will NO
LONGER GO TO THE WHOLE LIST!

You will need to type in the meeting@livingroom.org address yourself.

Obviously, give and take is what makes lists like these work, so please
don't forget to reply to the entire list, when you have even the
slightest suspicioun that what you say might be of interest to others!

Incidentally, we've also been having a bit of trouble with the archiving
of the list, at http://livingroom.org/meeting/meetrm.htm. Our service
provider changed servers, a few messages got lost and the order of
listing was (we hope only temporarily) reversed.

Please bear with us.

Best wishes,
Dan (a host@livingroom.org)

And here are two of the messages that I believe are irretrievably lost
from the archives:

Subject: A Question
Date: Mon, 18 May 1998 03:48:03 EDT
From: AmieeBlue <AmieeBlue@aol.com>

A friend of mine asked me to help her find the name of the artist who
preforms
"I love America and America loves me". I've been searching the internet
for
hours and can't seem to find any info. If you have any clue and someway
I
could go about helping her with this I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for your time

That was the title of a Joseph Beuys piece. Look over the Beuys sites?
