Re: "Creative Music" ???

Well, experimental seems to be becoming a genre of its own now. Some people
refer to experimental music and it can be shakey whether its experimental in
ones own definition of experimental(hope that made sense). We have been
doing it out here in Detroit since 89 and what use to be experimental when we
started is viewed as not as experimental by some now. Confuses me. I dont
even call what we do music but rather use the terminology "soundscapes". Its
experimental with its layers of sounds and the actual creation of it. But
sounds more like a drive by from a satellite over our planet. And yes some
of the things we use in our experimentation are just synthesizers running a
sound that we made on it. I dont like this genre thing one bit. But in
order for people in the mainstream to understand whether they want to hear it
or not we unfortunately have to label it...yuck! Anyway I hope I made a
little sense there. My words are weird sometimes. If anyone has any
questions, comments or concerns. Please contact me thru our info page:
